SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within ten days of purchase. Each image is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your particular order and ship it to the address provided. Typically, we use the services of the US Postal Service (USPS), Fed Ex or the United Parcel Service (UPS). Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

TAX

All orders will be charged 6% sales tax.

PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICIES

The privacy of your payment and personal information is of paramount concern to us. We use the industry standard, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software and it is among the best software available for conducting secure commerce transaction. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet. We will not sell or share your personally identifiable information.

In order to better serve you and understand our customers’ preferences, our site collects personally identifiable information when you visit the site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the pages you visited; however, we will not sell or share your personally identifiable information to anyone.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Our goal is your satisfaction. If there is any discrepancy with your online order or if your image arrives damaged, please e-mail us immediately at lovetheoceangallery@comcast.net for specific instructions. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery and if it arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged area(s) and box immediately so that we can document it properly. Please note, that each item is inspected prior to packing, and then carefully packed in protective packaging, so damage is extraordinarily rare.

You may return the item within 5 days from receipt of the item for Internet orders. You will receive a credit for the cost of the purchased item after it has been inspected for return to our inventory. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless it was our shipping error.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

You must inform our staff via e-mail of your intent to return an item. You will be issued an authorization form. Please e-mail us at lovetheoceangallery@comcast.net.

To avoid damage to an item when returning it, we strongly suggest that you re-use the original packing materials and insure the return.

DAMAGED RETURNS:

We gladly accept any return that adheres to the above guidelines. However, art prints are delicate and require careful handling; therefore you need to take proper precautions to ensure that items are returned undamaged. If we receive a damaged item as a return and we are unable to return it our inventory, we kindly offer you the following options:

• We will return the item to you at no additional charge.
• We can refund 50% of the purchase price of the item.
• We can offer you a credit for 50% of the purchase price of the item.

Copyright Laws do impose significant penalties for infringement. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent allowable under the law.
